Liquid Mix Metals Stabiliser
Liquid mix metals stabiliser are mainly formulated for flexible PVC application, in some application like injection moulded parts, rigid films they can be used. These are comparing of metals carboxylates with antioxidant and chelators.Liquid mixed metal stabilizer systems are based on Ba, Zn, Ca, Mg or K carboxylates. In general liquid mixed metals like Ba-Zn, Ca-Zn and Mg-Zn require the addition of co-stabilisers, antioxidants and organo-phosphites to provide optimum performance. The costabilisers are usually imparted to the liquid mixed metal stabilizer system. To adjust the viscosity different solvents are used including hydrocarbon solvents and plasticisers.
Our Solutions & Benefits
- Liquid Ba-Zn stabilizers and liquid Ca-Zn stabilizers have successfully replaced cadmium-based stabilizers in any PVC semi-rigid and flexible applications.
- The stabilizers are formulated to meet specific requirements such as good initial colour, long-term stability, good transparency, good printability, weatherability, ageing resistance, good compatibility with all types of PVC, with fillers, and pigments.
- A good stabilizer achieves the best possible compromise of all the necessary requirements, including cost.
Versatile Stabilization for Flexible PVC
Liquid Mixed Metal Stabilizers are designed to deliver effective thermal stability and processing support for flexible PVC applications, with adaptability to specialized uses such as injection-moulded parts and rigid films. Formulated with metal carboxylates, antioxidants, and chelators, these stabilizers ensure balanced performance, improved durability, and reliable processing across diverse production needs.
Advanced Formulation for Optimal Performance
Built on a foundation of Ba-Zn, Ca-Zn, and Mg-Zn carboxylates, Liquid Mixed Metal Stabilizers provide strong heat stability and process control. To achieve maximum efficiency, the systems incorporate co-stabilizers, organo-phosphites, and antioxidants, delivering enhanced weatherability, mechanical properties, and clarity. With adjustable viscosity through hydrocarbon solvents or plasticisers, these stabilizers offer tailored performance for demanding PVC applications.
Reliable & Cost-Effective Stabilizer Solution
Liquid Mixed Metal Stabilizer systems represent a cost-efficient and flexible solution for PVC manufacturers seeking non-toxic, performance-driven alternatives. Their formulation ensures synergistic stability by combining metals with co-stabilizers and antioxidants, while viscosity can be adjusted for ease of use in processing lines. Whether in flexible PVC, injection moulded parts, or rigid films, these stabilizers offer consistent quality and versatility across industries.
